I'm Conner Rutledge, and my journey in real estate and marketing has shaped the foundation of Lead Leverage. I started as a licensed real estate agent, gaining firsthand experience in sales, client relationships, and the challenges of selling homes. But my biggest impact came when I became a Marketing Director for a home builder, where I built a marketing department from the ground up, developed lead generation strategies, managed CRM systems, and worked closely with sales teams to convert leads into buyers.
Through this experience, I saw a major gap—home builders weren’t fully leveraging social media to drive sales. They struggled with consistency, content strategy, and engagement. That’s why I created Lead Leverage—to bridge the gap between builders, realtors, and buyers through strategic social media marketing that actually sells homes.
